What you will be responsible for

- Making sure company standards are consistently upheld while driving budget delivery and growth through a people-first, guest-focused, operational excellence approach.
- Leading through example and acting as a cultural role model for the brand.
What the company is looking for
- Previous success in a comparable leadership position, with evidence of strong delivery and team leadership.
- A clear ability to build and sustain a guest-obsessed service culture.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or kitchen environments.
- A track record of guiding teams to strong results.
- Confidence with financial management, including audits and due diligence.
- Strong capability in budgeting, labour control, and forecasting.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to improve sales and business outcomes.
- Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for motivating teams and creating great guest experiences.
- A positive, engaging personality that adds energy to every shift.

The role comes with a competitive salary, a guaranteed 48-hour contract, and unlimited TRONC.
Benefits
- Guaranteed 48-hour contract in a 7-day operation.
- 30 days of paid holiday each year.
- Enhanced pension support and private medical cover.
- 50% discount on food in the restaurants for you and up to 5 guests.
- Access to reward schemes, long-service recognition, leadership conferences, and cultural events throughout the year.
- Entry to local incentive programmes that can include unique travel experiences worldwide.
- Learning and development programmes designed to accelerate career progression.
- Refer-a-friend bonuses for successful referrals.
- Unlimited TRONC.
- Family-friendly policies, including enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
- Wellbeing support for day-to-day needs and important life moments.
- 24/7 access to nurses, counsellors, midwives, and pharmacists.
