What you will do

What we are looking for

• At least 15 years of senior management experience in relevant industries, with a clear record of progressive leadership.
• A proven history of strategic planning and execution, including success in improving revenue and operational efficiency.
• Strong financial management capability, covering budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Substantial experience in managing change and leading organizations through transformation efforts.
• Good awareness of market trends, competitive forces, and industry dynamics to support informed decision-making.
• Experience in developing talent and building strong teams that perform consistently and grow professionally.
