Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

Overview

All Things Ventures is looking for a motivated Fresher Data Analyst at entry or junior level to join its team in Australia on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is a strong fit for recent graduates or early-career candidates who want practical exposure to data work, strengthen their analytical capabilities, and contribute to business decisions through accurate reporting and insights.

What you will do

• Gather, sort, and check data from different sources to ensure it is usable and reliable.
• Help build reports, dashboards, and concise data summaries for business users and stakeholders.
• Review datasets to spot trends, patterns, and useful insights that support decision-making.
• Support data cleansing and quality checks so the information remains accurate.
• Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Work with colleagues to understand business goals and reporting requirements.
• Assist with one-off analyses and other data-focused assignments as needed.
• Record analysis methods, key findings, and reporting processes clearly.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a similar discipline.
• Fundamental knowledge of data analysis concepts and standard reporting methods.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel and general data management tools.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong numerical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Prior internship exposure, academic projects, or related coursework can help, but they are not mandatory.
