Role Overview

The company is hiring a Flutter Developer / Consultant (Sr Software Engineer) with 3 to 6 years of experience for an on-site role in Gurgaon. The position calls for strong hands-on capability in Flutter development, iOS platform integration, native hardware access, and GIS/map-based mobile application development. The selected candidate should be able to build scalable mobile applications and work closely with iOS architecture and native services.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and support high-performance Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
• Own iOS-focused Flutter integrations that rely on native hardware features and platform channels.
• Develop GIS and map-based features using tools such as MapLibre and ArcGIS.
• Create and improve offline mapping support, tile caching, and synchronization of geospatial data.
• Connect native iOS capabilities such as GPS, background location tracking, camera and media handling, Bluetooth/BLE, sensors, device permissions, push notifications, and file system or local database storage.
• Work with REST services, WebSockets, and geospatial APIs.
• Improve performance, memory use, rendering efficiency, and battery consumption on iOS devices.
• Implement offline-first storage and local persistence using SQLite, Isar, Hive, or Drift.
• Take part in code reviews, architecture planning, and release coordination.
• Support App Store publishing, provisioning profiles, TestFlight distribution, and iOS release activities.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of Flutter architecture and state management.
• Experience with Riverpod, Bloc, Provider, or similar state management approaches.
• Good knowledge of the Flutter rendering lifecycle and application performance tuning.
• Strong grasp of iOS platform architecture and app lifecycle concepts.
• Experience using Xcode, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, App Store deployment, TestFlight, SSL certificates, background services, and permissions.
• Working knowledge of Swift and Objective-C for native integration work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MapLibre and iOS map rendering optimization.
• Exposure to GPS tracking and background location handling on iOS.
• Familiarity with local database integration for offline maps and feature storage.

Eligibility

Any graduate may apply, though the preferred educational background mentioned for the role is a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Location and Work Setup
