Kicking Horse Coffee is looking for a Dishwasher to help keep the café kitchen clean, orderly, and ready for service. The role supports a high-energy food and beverage environment where cleanliness, teamwork, and efficiency all matter.

What you’ll do

Your main job is to keep the kitchen in excellent condition so the café can deliver a strong culinary experience. You will focus on dish and equipment cleaning first, and step into other kitchen support work when the dish station is quieter.

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and carefully.
• Put stock into fridges and shelving in a tidy, logical way.
• Help maintain a spotless kitchen by wiping surfaces, mopping floors, and assisting with daily and deeper cleaning duties.
• Work in line with standard operating procedures and health and safety expectations.
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and energetic team culture.

Who you are

You take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly. You may already have kitchen support experience, but the role is also open to people new to the workforce, as training will be provided. You work well in a fast-moving environment, pay attention to details, and enjoy being part of a team that supports one another.

Working schedule and pay

This is an on-site role in Invermere, British Columbia. The café operates seven days a week in the summer, so the schedule includes weekends and statutory holidays. Part-time or full-time hours are available for the summer. Pay is $18.50 per hour, and the role is also eligible for tips.
