Role overview

Cyderes is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Finance organization with reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and presentation assistance. This position contributes to the improvement of reporting workflows, the development of tools and dashboards, and the preparation of management-facing materials.

The role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working with large datasets, reporting platforms, and presentation content.

Key responsibilities

• Build and publish dashboards, reports, and related reporting tools.
• Assist Finance with routine reporting as well as one-off analytical requests.
• Maintain Excel-based analysis files, including complex spreadsheets.
• Support the creation and formatting of monthly, quarterly, budget, and board presentation materials.
• Review, compare, and validate data to keep reporting outputs accurate and consistent.
• Work with Finance and other teams to address reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process enhancements and automation efforts within reporting workflows.
• Keep reporting templates, structures, and documentation up to date.
• Help present key metrics through data visualization and clear slide content.
• Provide support to Finance leadership.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 1–3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, FP&A support, or a similar analytical function.
• Hands-on exposure to reporting systems, dashboards, or planning tools.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and NetSuite.

Compensation and benefits

The annual salary range for this role is USD 75,000 to 90,000.

This is a hybrid position with both remote and in-office work. The in-office expectation is 2–3 days per week.
