About the role
This opportunity is a hands-on customer success position with a small team, designed for someone who wants meaningful responsibility early in their career. You’ll serve as a dependable point of contact for customers, gain exposure to modern SaaS retention practices, and manage your own portfolio from the start.
The role is open to recent graduates, people finishing internships, and professionals making a career change, as long as they bring strong communication abilities and a service-first mindset.
Compensation
The expected pay range is $50,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience. Compensation is reviewed once a year, and performance-based bonus eligibility begins after 6 months.
What you will do
- Act as the main contact for an assigned group of customers.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and the first 90 days.
- Lead recurring check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and product training conversations.
- Spot renewal and expansion opportunities and work closely with sales.
- Monitor customer health, product usage, and engagement trends.
- Record customer feedback and communicate it to the product team.
- Work with support, billing, and engineering teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of onboarding materials, playbooks, and templates.
- Represent the customer perspective in internal discussions.
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone with 0 to 2 years of experience in customer success, support, sales, or hospitality; internship experience also counts. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable picking up new software quickly, and bring empathy, patience, and strong organization to the role.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. This position is especially suited to recent graduates, internship graduates, and career changers who are eager to learn and contribute.
Nice to have
Helpful experience includes time spent at a SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology company. Familiarity with platforms such as Gainsight, Intercom, Zendesk, or Salesforce is a plus, along with basic spreadsheet or BI-tool analysis and experience hosting webinars or onboarding sessions.
