What You’ll Do

You’ll be trained to work across different stations in the restaurant, which may include grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role centers on supporting daily restaurant operations, preparing food, and contributing to friendly service for guests. Chipotle emphasizes teamwork, enthusiasm, and a positive customer experience.

Training and Growth

Who Can Succeed Here

Applicants should bring a friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine interest in serving customers and supporting teammates. A willingness to learn cooking and kitchen operations is important. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and be able to communicate in the main language used at the work location.
