Role overview
FedEx is hiring a permanent full-time Courier for its Hume, ACT location. This role is focused on timely and safe package delivery, professional customer interaction, and following established operational and safety standards.
What you will do
- Handle parcels manually, including loading and unloading the delivery vehicle.
- Complete deliveries accurately, safely, and within the expected timeframes.
- Represent FedEx professionally while providing helpful customer service.
- Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards for every delivery.

Candidate profile
- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Needs a valid MR (Medium Rigid) licence and a clean driving record, with no more than 6 demerit points in the past 3 years.
- Must be able to clear a drug and alcohol screening, driving assessment, criminal history check, and fitness evaluation.
- Should be safety-minded and comfortable working to procedures.
- Should bring a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in deliveries will be seen as an advantage.
