Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing construction material testing and inspection activities from the start of a project through completion, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with standards, and smooth coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee testing and inspection work throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Examine project specifications, applicable standards, testing scope, and contractual documents.
• Direct site and laboratory testing operations so they align with required procedures and standards.
• Offer technical support and direction to testing and inspection staff.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators on technical and project-related issues.
• Check and sign off on test reports, technical records, and other project deliverables.
• Track project performance, including progress, output, quality, and budget use.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, safety rules, and internal company procedures.
• Identify non-conformities, lead corrective actions, and promote ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and technical presentations as needed.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and support a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering field is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction material testing and inspection, with exposure to major infrastructure, industrial, or mega projects.
• Strong working knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN, SASO, Saudi Aramco, and other relevant codes and specifications.
• Proven background in project management, resource planning, and client coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and team management capabilities.
