Role overview

What you will do
- Respond quickly and courteously to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
- Suggest and organize dining, transportation, tours, events, and nearby attractions.
- Set up tailored services such as medical assistance, childcare, flower delivery, and other special arrangements.
- Receive, route, and hand over guest messages, mail, parcels, and fax documents.
- Assist VIP guests with smooth check-in and premium-level service.
- Share hotel promotions and encourage guests to use available services and programs.
