Role Overview

We are hiring a service-focused Concierge Agent to join the Front Office team at one of Doha’s most vibrant hospitality destinations. This position suits a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating memorable stays through attentive, efficient, and personalized guest service.

As a key member of the Front Office operation, you will often be the first person guests interact with. Your job will involve offering local guidance, coordinating transport, handling guest requests, and delivering thoughtful support that reflects luxury hospitality standards throughout the stay.

Key Duties

  • Greet guests in a warm, polished, and approachable manner while actively anticipating their needs.
  • Share accurate details about hotel amenities, services, events, and nearby attractions.
  • Organize transportation, dining bookings, tours, and other personalized guest arrangements.
  • Track guest requests through to completion and ensure they are resolved on time.
  • Answer calls, emails, and other guest enquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Manage airport transfers, arrivals, departures, and other transport-related coordination.
  • Oversee baggage handling processes, including tagging, tracing, and documentation.
  • Assist with guest messages, mail, parcels, correspondence, and luggage deliveries according to hotel standards.
  • Provide operational support to Front Office, Bell Desk, and Valet teams whenever needed.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of guest requests and concierge activities.
  • Stay up to date on local restaurants, entertainment, leisure options, and attractions so recommendations remain relevant and tailored.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and ownership until a suitable resolution is reached.
  • Review guest feedback and look for ways to improve the service experience.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and well-presented Concierge Desk and lobby area.
  • Protect guest privacy, confidentiality, safety, and security at all times.
  • Carry out structured shift handovers to support smooth communication and service continuity.

The ideal candidate has prior exposure to Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a comparable hospitality environment. You should bring strong communication and interpersonal abilities, a sincere commitment to guest care, and the confidence to work in a fast-moving luxury setting.

You will need sound knowledge of local attractions, transport options, restaurants, and leisure activities, along with the ability to stay organized while managing several tasks at once.
