  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen sales operations, customer engagement, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Keep process, systems, and integration documentation current as platforms and workflows change.
  • Support Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, UAT coordination, defect review, and release support.
  • Provide assistance to leadership on strategic initiatives, reporting analysis, and other project-related tasks as needed.

Required experience and capabilities
