Key responsibilities

  • Negotiate with customers to improve net sales value and contribution margin, while consistently meeting monthly and yearly KPIs.
  • Plan and deliver Annual Operating Plans across volume, LSV, NSV, and CMA for each customer portfolio.
  • Use company resources wisely, including marketing budgets, trade spend, and claims management.
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, demand planning, logistics, and customer service to ensure plans are executed smoothly.
  • Own annual performance delivery against NSV and CMA targets and monitor key commercial metrics.
  • Provide category- and SKU-level forecasting inputs using market insights and customer forecasts, and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
  • Create and manage Joint Business Plans with key customers and support those plans through targeted customer marketing programs.
  • Set pricing, manage promotions, expand distribution for new products, improve assortment, and ensure the portfolio meets local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate order processing with customer service, credit, and pricing teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Research the market, identify and assess distributors, negotiate and contract with them, and support onboarding of new partners.
