1 Selection is based on a merit list prepared on the percentage of marks obtained in the Matriculation examination. In case of a grading system of marking, the average of the highest and lowest marks in the scale will be taken.
2 If two applicants have the same marks, the applicant with the older age is preferred. If the dates of birth are also the same, the applicant who passed the Matriculation exam earlier is considered first.
3 Final selection is subject to verification of original testimonials.
4 Candidates on the Stand-by list will be offered to join only on receipt of details of absentees and rejected candidates from the Merit list.
5 Offers are issued strictly in order of merit.
6 Shortlisted candidates should be in readiness to report to the concerned office for Document/Certificate Verification at short notice.
