Key Responsibilities

• Lead key activities such as employee training, food safety, and inventory oversight.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and report progress clearly to management.
• Support the General Manager in overseeing kitchen operations (food quality, safety, costs, new menu launches), staffing (recruitment, training, scheduling) and service excellence (ensuring all staff provide outstanding guest experiences).
• Collaborate closely with the team to maintain safe, efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrate dedication to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Communicate well and make swift decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Prior leadership experience preferred, especially in restaurant, retail or hospitality settings.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for the manager role.

Additional Information

• Tasks may include shift planning, monitoring, safety, security, profitability, and shift handover communication.
• Responsible for department target achievement during assigned shifts.
• The role requires managing food safety, communication, inventory, maintenance, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety/security, scheduling, and staff training.
