Key Responsibilities
- Understand and effectively communicate the Anantara brand's business strategy and market positioning.
- Keep personal knowledge updated on all Anantara products and services, competitor offerings and prices, as well as current industry trends.
- Prioritize efforts based on the significance and priority of existing accounts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, maintaining proactive follow-up to optimize conversion rates and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize IT support tools relevant to sales, including CRM systems, specialized sales software, Opera PMS, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Maintain and regularly update client databases and CRM records for data accuracy, supporting focused sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare accurate management reports detailing business results, sales activities, account production, forecasts, and plans of action.
- Process all department-related documentation, such as proposals, quotations, agreements, correspondence, and reports, thoroughly and efficiently.
- Manage administrative duties related to group, MICE, and event bookings from confirmation to operational handover, ensuring all event documentation and contractual requirements are met within deadlines.
- Support and participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips, roadshows, trade exhibitions, and promotional events to aid hotel sales targets.
- Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring CRM database is current with account and potential revenue information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hotel products, including guestrooms, meeting facilities, and dining experiences, contributing to revenue objectives.
