Role Overview

We seek a skilled Platform DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the platforms that facilitate AI Co-Worker operations. This role demands hands-on involvement to ensure end-to-end system reliability and close collaboration with product, AI, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and manage robust production infrastructures supporting AI Co-Workers.
• Oversee Kubernetes-based platforms for deploying and running AI workloads.
• Implement infrastructure as code using GitOps methodologies with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Create and maintain reusable GitHub Actions workflows for Docker image building, Terraform plan and apply gating, and cross-repository deployments.
• Develop Helm-based deployment workflows utilizing GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
• Define, monitor, and enhance system reliability metrics including SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Engage in on-call responsibilities, incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Automate operations and drive engineering enhancements to reduce manual workload.
• Enhance observability through improved monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.
• Manage all stages of the software lifecycle including build, deployment, and operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a complex, multi-layered technology stack.
• Contribute to product feature improvements by designing architectural enhancements that ensure resilience, security, and cloud compatibility.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-hosted environments.
• Proficiency in infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Experience deploying Kubernetes applications with Helm.
• Competency in at least two programming or scripting languages like Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Prior experience in Platform or DevOps engineering roles or equivalent positions.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with SDLC practices including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and end-to-end software delivery.
• Hands-on use of major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with GitOps deployment tools like ArgoCD.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• DevOps or DevSecOps background encompassing CI/CD management, infrastructure automation, and security implementation.

Preferred Credentials

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), cloud provider certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps or DevSecOps qualifications, or related programming certifications.
