Job description
Role Overview
The Executive Partner position within Gartner's Executive Programs (ExP) in Saudi Arabia represents a pivotal function serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders globally. This role involves managing an extensive portfolio of senior technology leader memberships, crafting tailored service solutions leveraging comprehensive ExP products, and delivering impactful engagements such as briefings, workshops, and events both in-person and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse set of 28+ member relationships, ensuring value delivery and satisfaction.
- Apply deep subject matter expertise to develop and implement service plans aligned with members' Mission Critical Priorities.
- Facilitate various knowledge-sharing formats including workshops, analyst consultations, roundtables, and webinars to engage members effectively.
- Represent Gartner at Executive Programs events when suitable to enhance member connections.
- Collaborate actively with Gartner's Sales teams to drive member engagement and business renewals for Executive Programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a minimum of 15 years progressive experience in consulting roles or C-suite executive positions focused on technology areas such as AI, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.
- Experience across diverse sectors including public sector, consumer-facing industries, manufacturing, life sciences, and high technology is valued.
- Proven leadership of large-scale end-to-end transformative initiatives and critical programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of CIO priorities, IT industry dynamics, leadership, operations, strategic trends, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrable track record in sales or business development engaging with C-level executives.
