About the Company
Mixprime Tradecom Private Limited is looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly with effective solutions.
- Ensure continuous follow-up with customers until their concerns are fully addressed.
- Liaise with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Keep customer records up to date by regularly maintaining the CRM and related data systems.
- Escalate unresolved matters to the reporting manager for further action.
- Foster and sustain professional, positive relationships with customers.
- Compile and submit basic daily and weekly reports related to customer support activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong abilities in addressing customer needs and solving problems.
- Effective in follow-up and coordination among teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email management.
- A positive and customer-centric attitude.
