About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience developing backend services, APIs, and robust business logic using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. Interns will work on building and maintaining RESTful APIs, managing data flow, request handling, validation, and backend integrations. The role incorporates advanced AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Visual Studio, and VS Code to accelerate coding, enable testing, debugging, and documentation.

Interns will also be engaged in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for both SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases. A significant aspect is contributing to the evaluation and integration of large language models (LLMs), AI tools, and autonomous workflows within practical software solutions. Collaboration with the development team is crucial to translate product specifications into scalable and efficient backend systems.

The internship includes active participation in code reviews, version control with Git workflows, and maintaining high standards in debugging backend and API related challenges, focusing on performance and code maintainability. Clear and detailed technical documentation of APIs, AI integrations, and implementation processes is expected. Additionally, interns will contribute to creating scalable applications that combine backend engineering with innovative AI features.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Applicants must be Computer Science Engineering students residing in Pune, available for a full-time, onsite internship starting between July 10, 2026, and August 14, 2026, and committed for a six-month duration. Candidates should have a solid interest in backend development using .NET technologies and familiarity with AI-assisted programming tools. Practical knowledge of object-oriented programming, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and relational databases is essential.

Preference will be given to those who have prior experience developing projects involving AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or those who have effectively used AI coding assistants. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous. Strong analytical, debugging, and detail-oriented skills are highly desired. Candidates aiming for a serious, long-term career in backend and AI-enhanced product development are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 20,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and an informal dress code.
