About the Internship

Ideation Entertainment offers a unique internship for individuals passionate about event decoration and design. This internship involves collaborating closely with senior decor and design teams to craft and implement visual concepts for various events and projects. The role includes hands-on site supervision to ensure accurate set-up and adherence to quality standards. Interns will develop engaging presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint and Canva, researching the latest design trends, themes, colors, materials, and props to infuse creativity into events. Coordination with vendors and management of decor inventory and props will be essential responsibilities.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit full-time onsite for three months, beginning between August 11 and September 15, 2026. Applicants must reside in Delhi and possess relevant skills and interests in event design. The internship encourages women seeking to start or re-enter their careers to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Preferred pursuit or completion of studies in event management, interior or visual arts, fine arts, or related creative disciplines.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail, especially in developing visually attractive presentation materials.
• Effective communication abilities and readiness to work on location at event sites.
