About the internship
About Suvitt Service Solutions LLP
Suvitt is a fractional CFO, governance, and compliance advisory firm serving growing companies and family businesses. The firm provides services such as management information systems, dashboards, payroll, statutory compliance, transaction structuring, and founder-office support. They are innovating internal processes involving Freshdesk-based operations, structured reporting, and knowledge capture tools to streamline workflows and reduce dependencies on individual memory.
Internship Role Overview
We seek an intern to manage integration and automation between operational platforms including Freshdesk, Outlook/Microsoft 365, and knowledge systems such as Notion or OneNote. The role focuses on applying AI judiciously within daily reporting and procedures without creating AI chatbots. Initially, the intern will tackle well-defined tasks like improving Freshdesk reporting and crafting an email-to-notes pipeline, ultimately overseeing automation processes throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform daily and weekly Freshdesk reports (including SLA breaches, deadline trackers, and exception alerts) from manual AI-based tasks into scheduled, reliable, and auditable workflows.
- Develop an email-to-notes capture mechanism that funnels critical team emails into shared knowledge bases without duplicating existing Freshdesk data.
- Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code tools such as Power Automate, Make, n8n, or Zapier.
- Prepare documentation and operational runbooks understandable by non-technical team leads.
- Utilize AI services like Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Copilot responsibly for summarization and classification while avoiding use in sensitive decisions involving numeric or date data to mitigate client risk.
- Monitor and optimize costs and resource consumption attributed to AI-enabled workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Students in Computer Science Engineering or recent graduates comfortable with logical, data-driven, and system-oriented thinking.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON formats, rate limits, and pagination concepts.
- Experience or willingness to quickly learn automation platforms like Power Automate, Make, n8n, or Zapier.
- Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript are valuable but optional.
- A security-conscious approach due to handling sensitive financial and statutory client data.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear, accessible documentation.
- An interest in business operations beyond technological toolsets.
Additional Details
Applicants should be available to work full-time, onsite in Gurgaon, Haryana, for a 6-month duration starting between August 20 and September 24, 2026. The internship provides a monthly stipend of INR 20,000 to 25,000 and includes perks such as certification and a standard 5-day workweek.
