About the role
An opportunity is available for a full-time, permanent Yard Hand at the Rockhampton branch.
Duties
- Top up LPG gas cylinders.
- Use a forklift to load and unload transport vehicles.
- Pick and prepare orders.
- Carry out general yard tasks.
- As needed, deliver cylinders to customers.
Skills and experience
- Holding an MR or HR licence is helpful, though it is not mandatory.
- Forklift licence is required.
- You should have a good level of physical fitness because the role involves manual handling.
- Availability to work extra hours when needed is important.
- A Demerit Points Statement must be provided.
- A National Police Check is required, with periodic renewals as needed.
- The successful applicant must attend a pre-employment medical assessment.
