Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Penguin Innovative Engineering Private Limited in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This position involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to customers and prospective leads.
- Provide clear explanations of company products and services.
- Generate new leads and diligently follow up on them.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
- Meet set daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Basic proficiency with computer operations is required.
Additional Information
This role offers a monthly salary between 12,000 and 20,000 INR.
