Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve business growth by delivering exceptional service to customers and patients.

• Take ownership of the shop floor, engage with team members, and manage sales and operational tasks effectively.
• Act as a passionate representative of the Boots brand, supporting its vision to be the world's leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer.
• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to distinguish Boots from other retailers.
