Role Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Bankstown location who will take full charge of store operations, leading and nurturing a dedicated team. This role demands ownership of all aspects of store performance, collaborating closely with retail leadership to boost brand presence across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the store’s overall performance by increasing sales, unit per transaction (UPT), and delivering superior customer service.
• Lead by example through active interaction with customers on the sales floor.
• Promote brand loyalty by educating customers on our acclaimed products.
• Mentor and develop a motivated, high-achieving team with a positive, energetic store culture.
• Manage and delegate daily store activities effectively.
• Maintain operational excellence including visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and wage management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment.
• Provide updates on weekly business performance, celebrating successes and highlighting growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Desired Attributes

• Demonstrated success as a store manager or senior retail leader (Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor) with proven experience in driving sales and leading teams.
• Ability to operate independently and make impactful decisions to enhance store results.
• A proactive learning attitude with eagerness to grow into flagship or higher-level leadership roles.
• Strong leadership skills with enthusiasm for coaching and team development.
• Committed to maintaining high standards in operational protocols and store presentation.
