The company’s Solution Architecture team plays an essential role within the Solution Consulting division by bridging Sales, Product, Services, and Marketing functions. This team is responsible for creatively and strategically developing innovative demonstrations that highlight Workday’s value to global customers. Role Overview

Workday seeks a seasoned technology professional specializing in cloud-based solutions and familiar with Workday’s technology platform to strengthen the Global Solution Architecture team within Solution Consulting.

Primary Duties

• Create engaging demonstration solutions that effectively present the capabilities of Workday’s technology stack.
• Design prototypes showcasing use cases enabled by Workday’s suite of products, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously update personal expertise with the latest functionalities introduced in Workday’s product updates.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to Solution Consultants and Enterprise Architects.
• Deliver presentations of solutions to internal teams and external participants at marketing events.
• Work cross-functionally to foster collaboration that accelerates projects and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies in the creation and rollout of demo platform solutions.
• Offer thought leadership and innovate relevant demonstration content to empower the presales community in delivering persuasive customer and prospect presentations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of seven years’ experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) sector.
• Have at least five years of hands-on experience implementing Workday solutions.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or have equivalent professional experience.
• Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for learning and quickly assimilating new technologies and product features.
• Be a self-motivated professional capable of independently devising solutions yet adept at seeking assistance when required.
• Demonstrate resilience when managing short deadlines and conflicting priorities.
• Be a collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across the organization to enhance customer service delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of artificial intelligence trends and technologies, with certifications considered a bonus.

Compensation and Work Flexibility

The base salary range for this role in Ireland is €73,000 to €109,400 annually. The role may also qualify for bonus plans, commissions, and annual stock grant awards. Workday embraces a flexible working model combining remote and in-person engagements, requiring employees to spend approximately half their time onsite or in the field to nurture team connections and collaborate effectively.
