Key Responsibilities

• Participate within the Research and Development Department by designing, developing, evaluating, and modifying printed circuit boards (PCBs) mainly for power supplies of varying wattages and applications.
• Conduct PCB layout tasks for high-power applications utilizing PADS software.
• Perform librarian duties such as creating PCB and schematic symbols adhering to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) standards.
• Generate and maintain GERBER files and PCB specifications for all PCB layers, including PCB films necessary for fabrication.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Electrical Design, Mechanical Design, Test Engineering, Safety, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with Design for Manufacturing requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electrical Engineering or related electrical/automation disciplines.
• Have a minimum of four years of experience in PCB layout design specifically for power supply applications such as Telecom, Server, or On-Board Chargers (OBC).
• Proficient in PCB layout using PADS software.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of PCB assembly techniques aimed at optimizing design and cost efficiency.
• Familiar with critical layout challenges including EMI performance, manufacturability considerations, and safety compliance standards.
• Self-driven, passionate about work, and able to collaborate effectively within teams.
