Role Overview

This Relationship Manager role is focused on supporting the bancassurance channel and managing relationships with bank partners and their customers. The position is based in Bardhaman, India, and involves handling responsibilities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the bancassurance sales channel in meeting overall sales targets.
• Track potential business opportunities and ensure timely follow-up to move prospects forward.
• Develop and nurture productive working relationships with bank employees to enable smooth bancassurance operations.
• Serve as the primary contact point for both bank partners and customers.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and help maintain a positive service experience.
• Assist bank staff and customers in resolving concerns or service-related issues.
• Follow company guidelines as well as applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
• Prepare and share periodic reports covering sales performance and other relevant business metrics.
• Manage responsibilities across multiple locations as part of the role.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be a graduate with strong communication and people skills. A basic understanding of insurance products and the financial services industry is preferred, along with the ability to build reliable relationships with bank staff.
