  • Promote a Just Culture and proactive hazard detection, managing fatigue and shift schedules to reduce human error and support employee wellbeing.

  • Serve as Airbus Site Manager, leading LEAN continuous improvement projects and supporting business growth in third-party and export sectors.
  • Implement succession planning, multi-skilling, and apprenticeship initiatives to strengthen long-term site capability.

Performance Metrics

  • Meet component and aircraft maintenance timelines aligned with contract performance measures and customer agreements.
  • Maintain maintenance within set material costs and Maintenance Man-Hours (MMHR) limits.
  • Reduce customer dissatisfaction and cost of non-quality in line with corporate objectives.
  • Address corrective action requests and non-conformities promptly.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will exhibit integrity, strategic insight, and strong hands-on leadership. You must be a confident communicator, adept at prioritizing under pressure while balancing airworthiness compliance with commercial and service demands.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Part 66 AME License, Diploma in Aeroskills/Engineering, or equivalent practical aviation experience. Advanced qualifications or Chartered Engineer status are advantageous.
