Java Lead Consultant

Role overview

This position is for a seasoned Java professional who can contribute to the design and delivery of scalable backend systems and microservice-based applications. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable software solutions.

What you will do

• Build, test, and release scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and turn them into technical designs.
• Write maintainable, high-quality code aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Investigate defects, resolve issues, and improve application performance and efficiency.
• Keep yourself updated on emerging tools, technologies, and software development trends.

What we are looking for

• At least 6 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Practical expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, Angular, SQL, data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and problem solving.
• A B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization from a reputed institution.
• Strong command of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Ability to produce clean, efficient code that follows SOLID principles.

Education

B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.
