Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and standard inspections in guest rooms
• Inspect and replenish VIP rooms daily
• Create and oversee maintenance requests
• Manage lost and found items
• Handle guest laundry and verify its correct processing
• Fulfill guest requests or forward them to service providers and oversee task execution

Candidate Profile

• Previous professional experience in housekeeping management
• Completed vocational training in hotel management
• Strong professional skills, flexibility, and a high level of quality awareness
• Familiarity with Protel (PMS) and MS Office is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of German language (minimum B2 level)
