Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Overview

This role goes beyond basic housekeeping tasks by focusing on creating an exceptional and memorable guest experience. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will perform a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure that the hotel's appearance and cleanliness maintain high standards throughout the property.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces.
• Respond effectively to guest requests and requirements.
• Stock housekeeping equipment and carts to ensure readiness for daily tasks.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow quality standards at all times.
• Present a professional image through appropriate uniform, grooming, and communications.
• Physically perform duties involving standing, sitting, walking for long periods, and moving, lifting, or carrying objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform additional reasonable job duties as assigned to support the team and guest satisfaction.

This position is non-management and located at Al Multaqa Street, Dubai, UAE. It requires on-site presence, with full-time working hours.
