About the Role
EY invites experienced professionals to join as GhostDraft Developers, contributing to a collaborative, diverse, and international team focused on innovative document automation. Key Responsibilities
- Expert use and configuration of the GhostDraft platform for document management.
- Creating, editing, and overseeing templates, forms, and document types aligned with business and regulatory standards.
- Designing and developing complex documents utilizing GhostDraft tools.
- Maintaining and updating existing templates in response to changing business needs.
- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and integrate content requirements.
- Understanding system development, document generation logic, and database integration to optimize document automation.
- Engaging with technical teams to integrate document solutions seamlessly with other systems.
- Providing clear communication to clients and teams, including explaining technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Diagnosing and resolving document generation and automation issues effectively.
- Offering ongoing support and enhancements for document management processes.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in the GhostDraft tool and strong understanding of document automation workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement.
- Experience with other document automation tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of insurance or financial services industries is beneficial.
Primary Skills
- GhostDraft Studio expertise.
- Java Scripting capabilities.
- Studio certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with the insurance domain.
