Full-stack Developer

About the Role

National Marketing Projects Inc is seeking an experienced Backend / Full Stack Developer specializing in Node.js to join their team in New Delhi. This on-site position focuses on developing and maintaining backend services and creating scalable systems with efficient database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support backend services utilizing Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
• Construct robust REST APIs and scalable backend architectures.
• Design and enhance database schemas with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Integrate external APIs to support application functionality.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain live production applications for stability and performance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement new features.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages.
• Practical experience with Node.js.
• Knowledge of NestJS or Express.js to build backend applications.
• Strong grasp of REST API development.
• Experienced in working with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Competence in using Git for version control.
• Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred but Optional Skills

• Familiarity with Prisma ORM.
• Understanding of containerization with Docker.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis.
• Experience with Next.js framework.
• Operating system proficiency in Linux.
• Web server management with Nginx.
• Exposure to cloud services such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure.
