Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to be a part of Paytm's core expansion team. This position involves joining Paytm directly as a payroll employee to help grow our merchant base by bringing onboard local shops, retailers, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit nearby local markets and retail outlets to enroll new merchants into the Paytm platform.
• Set up Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to facilitate digital payments.
• Deploy and activate Paytm Soundbox devices to support merchants in cashless transactions.
• Provide merchant training on device usage and promptly address any operational questions or concerns.

Requirements

• Possession of an Android smartphone is essential.
• Must have access to a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter for commuting.
