Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Camunda BPM Developer to design and implement BPMN workflows for processes such as entity onboarding and payment handling. This role involves working hands-on with Camunda technologies for workflow development, monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting within production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop BPMN workflows using Camunda Modeler focusing on onboarding entities and processing payments.
- Create workflow services through Camunda Java SDK or Camunda Node.js SDK.
- Engage with the Camunda process engine using Zeebe gRPC/REST APIs and validate workflows via Postman.
- Manage and observe active process instances using Camunda Operate and Tasklist tools.
- Develop and maintain process tests for Zeebe workflows leveraging JUnit or Jest frameworks.
- Provide continuous integration and deployment support on Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) for Camunda, including creating Azure DevOps pipelines, configuring ingress, deploying facades, managing application settings, and Key Vault integration.
- Handle administrative tasks such as backup configurations, system upgrades and patches, environment library setups, and repository maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve workflow execution problems and process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with application teams to define workflow service level agreements (SLAs) especially related to key payment and onboarding workflows.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in related roles.
- Familiarity with payment or transaction processing systems is an advantage.
- Certified Camunda professional credentials are desirable.
- Exposure to integration platforms like Mulesoft ESB and Anypoint Platform.
- Experience with Solace messaging technology is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a suitable related discipline.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication and thorough documentation skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Open to adapting quickly and continually learning emerging technologies.
