About the Company and Role

IIQAF Group, an insurance industry leader based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a meticulous and well-organized Document Controller. This full-time position involves managing and maintaining various company documents, including insurance policies, claims files, contracts, and confidential records, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and internal document management policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle the receipt, classification, storage, and distribution of company documents efficiently.
  • Maintain complete and accurate insurance policy files, claims documentation, contracts, and underwriting records.
  • Ensure proper filing, indexing, versioning, and archiving of documents to maintain integrity and traceability.
  • Track document revisions and maintain version control according to company standards.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents with comprehensive audit trails.
  • Organize both electronic and physical filing systems for quick document retrieval.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, legal, compliance, and operations teams to fulfill documentation requirements.
  • Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to distribution or submission.
