About the role
Georgiou – Strabag is seeking a Document Controller to join its Queensland business unit in Maroochydore as the team continues to grow. Key duties
- Make sure document naming standards are followed across the business.
- Check, review, register, and circulate documents according to established procedures and standards.
- Handle outgoing documentation for clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other third parties.
- Track the review and approval progress of technical documents against agreed timelines.
- Maintain both digital and physical document records as needed.
What will help you succeed
- Previous experience in administration or document control, including uploading and managing files, and preparing correspondence and transmittals.
- Confidence working with the Quality Manager to maintain document naming compliance.
- Hands-on experience with document management platforms, especially Team Binder or InEight.
- Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of project stakeholders.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, including document and template formatting.
