Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food manually daily using Chipotle's standards.
- Work across multiple stations including grill, cashier, food preparation, salsa, and order assembly (expo).
- Create a friendly and positive environment to deliver excellent customer service consistently.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Exhibit a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Have a genuine passion for assisting and serving both customers and team members.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the workplace's primary language.
