Role Overview
The Cluster Head role at YES BANK is centered on delivering performance for a defined cluster, with primary accountability for CASA numbers, NAV, and cross-sell outcomes aligned to the goal sheets. The position requires ownership of cluster performance, coordination across branches and business units, and consistent focus on customer experience and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for achieving cluster-level targets related to CASA numbers, NAV, and cross-sell performance as outlined in the objective sheets.
- Lead the cluster-wide plan for CASA acquisition and the associated cross-sell of linked products such as EXIM, BB, RB, and household offerings through a dedicated CSL Business and CSL team.
- Monitor and support branches operating with CASA budgets so they meet the expected volume and value targets within the assigned cluster.
- Partner with all business units to open up additional CASA-led business opportunities.
- Create coordination across channels and help maintain a supportive, productive environment for the team.
- Pay close attention to team knowledge building, FTNR reduction, and TAT for account opening so that customer experience improves and regulatory standards are followed.
- Maintain a solid understanding of sales process management, customer segments, and the relevant product portfolio.
