Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and professional Car Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for the Managing Director. The role involves driving between the Adyar residence and MEPZ, Tambaram, as well as accompanying the Managing Director for official meetings, client visits, airport transfers, and other business-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe pickup and drop-off of the Managing Director at designated locations including Adyar residence and MEPZ, Tambaram.
• Drive for official appointments, meetings, client visits, and airport-related travel as needed.
• Maintain strict punctuality and ensure timely arrivals at all destinations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times.
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and presentable for all occasions.
• Perform routine checks on fuel levels, tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, and other basic vehicle functions.
• Coordinate travel schedules with the Management, HR, or Administration departments to ensure smooth logistics.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Managing Director’s travel plans, meetings, and official engagements.
• Flexibly manage working hours based on the Managing Director’s timetable.
• Handle unexpected travel needs or emergencies with professionalism and composure.
• Report vehicle servicing needs promptly and arrange maintenance with required approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses such as fuel, tolls, parking, and other vehicle-related costs as required.
• Ensure the car is always ready, available, and in good condition for official use.
