About the Role
We are seeking a full-time permanent B/B1 License Multidrop Delivery Driver to join our team, based at our Ballymount depot in County Dublin. The successful candidate will operate primarily within Leinster, delivering bulk 19-litre water bottles, coolers, and consumables to various clients. This role is offered on a contract basis with a six-month probation period.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Fridays from 8am to 4pm.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate delivery of water products and related equipment to a diverse customer base.
- Ensure completion of all assigned tasks efficiently to meet field operations objectives.
- Serve as the company's representative on customer premises, providing exemplary service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with scheduling, operations management, and support teams to resolve service level agreements effectively.
- Maintain updated records on systems such as EPOD or handheld platforms, documenting delivery outcomes and key performance indicators.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a valid Category B driving license.
- Strong knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
- Ability to adhere strictly to tight delivery schedules.
- Proven ability to establish rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering excellent customer service and consistently meeting performance targets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
Preferred qualifications include prior multidrop delivery experience and forklift truck (FLT) certification, though FLT is not mandatory.
This position involves an element of heavy lifting and candidates will receive manual handling training to safely perform these duties.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of €32,000, paid monthly.
