Job description
Position Objective
This role requires maintaining a designated section in an organized, clean, and fully stocked manner, delivering excellent customer service, introducing specialty beverages, and promoting them effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Create requisitions for bar inventory items to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor daily stock levels to prevent product shortages and maintain a clean and orderly beverage area.
- Maintain high personal hygiene and a neat appearance at all times.
- Manage restocking of fridges consistently throughout the day.
- Prepare fresh daily products including juices and decorative elements.
- Serve beverages efficiently during service hours to customers.
- Possess thorough knowledge of specialty drinks such as cocktails.
- Capable of developing a beverage menu to enhance customer offerings.
- Ensure that all utensils are kept spotless and shining constantly.
