Role Opportunity

EY is seeking an experienced AI Engineer Manager to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of AI-driven automation solutions using Microsoft's AI technologies. This position combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and team management to implement scalable, agent-based AI systems aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of AI solutions with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent frameworks.
• Oversee intelligent agent development using Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel with Python or C#.
• Architect scalable, high-performance solutions adhering to enterprise security and governance.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
• Mentor and manage team members including resource allocation, task assignment, and performance optimization.
• Supervise delivery processes ensuring quality results and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Extensive use of Copilot Studio for AI solution development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel with Python or C# programming.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and various AI/ML services.
• Deep understanding of agent-based architectures and integration patterns.
• Strong technical leadership and best practice guidance capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions within enterprise workflows.
• Experience working efficiently in distributed onshore-offshore teams.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience supporting large transformations or digital modernization projects.
• Familiarity with testing, deployment, and release management cycles.
• Exposure to multiple industries or complex business environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8 years overall professional experience with at least 1 year in AI and agent-based solutions.
• Prior client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, MBA, or equivalent.
• Microsoft AI certification is advantageous.
