This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-volume marketplace seller accounts and helping them grow at scale. Key Responsibilities

  • Benchmark product pricing against competing platforms to spot pricing opportunities and gaps.
  • Work with sellers to secure competitive price points that support stronger conversions.
  • Monitor the managed catalog and drive improvements in the share of competitively priced products.
  • Explain unit economics and support sellers in adopting pricing approaches that can be sustained over time.
  • Identify in-demand product gaps and recommend additional selection to sellers.
  • Increase live selection by adding new products on a month-over-month basis.
  • Keep listed products active, purchasable, and optimized so they are easier to discover.
  • Take ownership of revenue goals for assigned seller portfolios.
  • Create and execute account plans aimed at improving shipped units, GMS, and daily run rate.
  • Improve seller traffic share, glance views, and conversion performance.
  • Support sellers in using advertising, deals, coupons, and Buy X Get Y promotions.
  • Measure promotional adoption and its effect on incremental revenue.
  • Guide sellers on self-service promotional tools and effective usage practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for seller-related needs.

Requirements
