About the Role
This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-volume marketplace seller accounts and helping them grow at scale. It calls for a practical, analytical professional who can strengthen seller partnerships, improve business performance, and enhance the customer experience through targeted account support. In this role, you will act as a dependable business partner to sellers, guiding them as they expand while aligning their growth with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Benchmark product pricing against competing platforms to spot pricing opportunities and gaps.
- Work with sellers to secure competitive price points that support stronger conversions.
- Monitor the managed catalog and drive improvements in the share of competitively priced products.
- Explain unit economics and support sellers in adopting pricing approaches that can be sustained over time.
- Identify in-demand product gaps and recommend additional selection to sellers.
- Increase live selection by adding new products on a month-over-month basis.
- Keep listed products active, purchasable, and optimized so they are easier to discover.
- Take ownership of revenue goals for assigned seller portfolios.
- Create and execute account plans aimed at improving shipped units, GMS, and daily run rate.
- Improve seller traffic share, glance views, and conversion performance.
- Support sellers in using advertising, deals, coupons, and Buy X Get Y promotions.
- Measure promotional adoption and its effect on incremental revenue.
- Guide sellers on self-service promotional tools and effective usage practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for seller-related needs.
- Hold regular business reviews and share performance insights along with actionable recommendations.
- Track seller health indicators and address risks before they affect growth.
- Work with internal teams to remove blockers and support seller success.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- For preferred consideration, a bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing is desirable.
