About the Role
This internship offers an opportunity to manage and coordinate multiple teams within Operations and Marketing departments of an organic gardening supplies company. The role involves ensuring tasks are completed punctually, preparing performance reports, and fostering smooth inter-team communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and synchronize activities of several teams across Operations and Marketing.
- Track team progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Compile and deliver daily performance updates to management.
- Facilitate resolution of operational challenges through effective communication.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
- Contribute to improving workflows and team collaboration.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to work remotely from home.
- Availability to join between 13th July and 17th August 2026.
- Commitment for a six-month internship period.
