Opportunity Overview
This internship at Vitrina AI offers a hands-on role in media research, data automation, and campaign assistance, supporting the video content industry's content acquisition processes. The intern will work remotely on tasks that ensure secure, efficient handling of entertainment metadata and assist in accelerating content localization through advanced AI/ML and NLP tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze industry news, press releases, and social media platforms to track developments within OTT and media sectors.
- Accurately interpret and distill relevant information, capturing essential transaction details such as content acquisitions, licensing deals, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and update internal databases by mapping companies, executives, and production houses, identifying duplicates or missing data, and ensuring data integrity across multiple sources.
- Conduct thorough data cleaning, deduplication, and synchronize databases with CRM and campaign management tools.
- Source and compile outreach contact lists, enroll suitable candidates into email campaigns, and manage campaign data with precision.
- Develop and maintain Google Apps Scripts to automate routine processes, streamline workflows, update sheets, trigger alerts, and synchronize data between applications.
- Continuously identify automation opportunities and refine existing scripts to minimize manual efforts and enhance operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to work from home and start the internship between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026.
- Availability for the full 2-month internship duration.
- Basic understanding of media and OTT industry fundamentals.
- Proficiency or strong inclination towards Google Sheets, including skills like data validation and conditional formatting.
- Excellent research capabilities and a sharp eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Google Apps Script for automation purposes.
Additional Information
- The internship provides a stipend of INR 10,000 per month.
